I'm in the process of fitting an MCC bullbar and was wondering what happens to the inner plastic guard? The side of the bullbar where it meets the wheel arch is pushing the guard in sideways and there's no mention of it in the instructions or template. Any thoughts?

Will disconnecting my factory oil pressure warning sender and adding an aftermarket sender for a gauge cause the warning light to remain on permenantly? To cut a long story short its too complicated and costly to have both so I've opted to just use the new one.
