To date the problem has not been rectified they had my car for a week when I got it back some one from the dealership some one managed to write off the front bumper they admitted fault I have just got it back from repair. it is an intermittent fault and hard to track.

I have had this problem happen to me countless times over a 4 years I have had it back to dealers have had the SCV replaced a number of times fuel filters as well the last time problem occurred within 100 klms of work being done have even spoken to Nissan customer service and 3 different dealers...

Have left the cap loose after jjohns post will see what happens.

The same problem has occurred with 200 klm dealer has not been able to find cause of power loss.

Today by mistake I filled up with 60lt of unleaded the tank had 20lt of diesel in it. I traveled about 100 k to where I was going turned motor off when I tried to restart it would not fire long story short had car towed to my mechanic. has anyone else suffered this problem and how did it work out
