Loud turbo whistle inside cab. WTF?

Wish mine was turbo bolts ive checked and replaced everything and still wants to do it.... Mine sounds exactly like the turbo diesel truck gear change noise booowwwwwwwwwwwww but unfortuntely does it up throught the revs as well as gear changes
