d40 suspension and body lift

Hey guys interested in lifting my navara 2'' suspension lift and 2'' body lift.

Q1) What gear could you recommend to lift the body 2''? Are there any mods/ hoses/ lines etc that need to be lengthened?

Q2) What gear would you suggest you use to lift the suspension 2'' The car is a everyday driver so i dont want it to stiff.

Q3) To lift the navara this much will it make it uncomfortable to drive, would i have to change my tyres, i run 17'' navara rims what size tyres would you recommend, i dont really want to run 33'' tyres.

By the way great website, everyone who contributes seems really genuine and willing to help, any help on this matter i would greatly appreciate.
