ZD30 EGR pipe removal, cracked off

Hi
The EGR pipe has cracked off completely at the exhaust side, I have blanked everything off but want to remove the pipe as it is vibrating a lot. So is there any bolts on the back of the motor that I have to remove or can I cut the inlet side and the whole pipe will slide out?

Also is the swirl valve open or closed with the car off?

Hi there's no bolts to the back of the motor it should slide out well that's what mine did
