Another 5 laps and Lowndsey would have won that. Still after the double stacking and the first pit stop he and Luff did well for 3rd. That battle for first was a hell of a drive though.

Also bloody happy the weather stayed clear!
The tyre delamination was ridiculous. If you were watching at the start, they showed that the cars had about 2.5 degrees of negative camber on the right rear wheel, and only about half a degree on the left rear. That means the outside of the left tyre would spend more time than usual on the ground - that's a change that perhaps Dunlop weren't expecting, and nobody in commentary seemed to connect with the shitty tyre that started peeling on lap 10.

However JW and others proved that tyre degradation wasn't as bad when they treated them better. I don't mind them having to drive between the white lines and avoid the kerbs more, sure it might slow them down a little bit but being a good driver is more than just driving fast.

First ones I saw I was the outside edge but I didn't see all of them.
