Pretty interested in a rear bar without toe bar as I have factory one. On a Spain biult d40 stx dual cab. Any idea how much and how much it would weigh.

Rear bars dont need to be airbag compatible Trevor. We are in the design process at the moment with the spare wheel carriers.
