Rx/St/Stx confusion

Ive been reading through all these posts and am still confused as to what offset the Rx offset has, any insight to this would be a great help and to know what size/offset sunraysias you guys are running on thai built 2010 rx's

Im pretty sure they are all the same. 30+ off set. Steel could be different

on the note Spain will fit thai but thai wont fit spain
