Problems after DPChip install

Hey guys, just installed a DPChip in my 06 zd30 Navara. Followed the instructions to a tee. Ever since I did it the engine light has come on constantly and I'm lacking power. I've also noticed a bit of a knock. Unplugged the chip and the problem persists.

Can anyone help?
Also, does anyone know of the exact tool I need to read fault codes on my d22?

Ecutalk for fault codes/ engine monitoring ( for zd30, OBD2 style for yd25 ). I have read that the wire you would of clamped to on the fuel pump can be shielded which can cause earth problems. Only heard of it once , never happened to anyone on this forum so might not be the problem.

Exactly why you never use a chip.
