Howdy fellas,
Finally had a chance to do my front hubs. I had a mechanic do it once before and I think the suspension fellas had it apart when they did the suspension bushes.
Anyhow the cir-clip on the LHS shaft is on the the inside of drive clutch rather than the outside. The shaft is too short by 2 - 3 mm and the circlip grove is covered (I can just see the edge of it).
- What can I do to 'draw' the shaft out to get the circlip on?
- Is there something wrong with the CV?
- Also the shaft can be pushed in 10 - 20 mm is that normal?
Cheers in advance
