I'm looking at building a set of drawers for the back of my D40 and am keen on building them as per Drifta's style as I like the simplicity.

My question is for anybody that owns there products is what type of tolerances do they have around the drawers.. I.e. 5mm gaps each side and up the top?

Any help would be awesome thanks guys.:cheers!:

Why not just make what you like mate?
Working to someone else's t l tolerances might as well but theirs!!

I made my own from scratch uploadfromtaptalk1429079937124.jpg

Yeah I have drawn up exactly what I want to suit my needs was just curious on the gap between the top of drawer as i'm going to run plastic slides (either nylon strips or the blue boat slides and just trying to work out how to make the drawer not drop down to much on full extension.

That setup looks great mate.. is it all finished yet?

tight tolerances are best so as to avoid vibration chatter. Paraffin wax for timber to timber helps heaps. You can get dry lube from auto shops .
