Clear fuel line mod

Hey fellas can anyone whose done the mod for the clear fuel line, ( the two short pieces at fuel filter) give me the inside diameter of the pipe and where to get it from.
All im finding is too small food grade stuff.

why do you want to do that mod,is it for bleeding or seeing if u have air in the system.

You can see air bubbles when priming if you have air in system

i've never come across clear diesel rated hose.
generic clear hose is fine for short term use ie to track down air leaks etc.

by mem pipe size is 10mm.

hey I have done this mod as I suspected air getting into my pump and that's why my D22 with a QD32 was hesitating over 2250RPM or so.

I bought some clear heavy duty fuel hose with woven nylon in it off eBay that was 5/16" and it seems to be fine, its not very flexible but very strong stuff

That is what i bought, I found the primer diaphragm was leaking in air, I have changed to a CAV filter setup but am still seeing a small amount of air so will be replacing all other hose with this clear line to see what's happening, as I think there is a vacuum leak somewhere in my fuel system it's a nightmare.
