chain rattle after repalcement yd25 thaiwan

I have replaced the cam chain and tensioner on d40 navara 2009 yd25 Taiwan engine and it has a shocking rattle that appears to be coming from the new chain area, is there an issues if the crank is turned backwards during the process that could effect the primary chain (pump chain)?

no, you can crank them backwards
