Driving to work the engine shut down on three occasions.first for a couple of seconds, second for about 5 minutes, last for about 15 minutes. With error message on dash. Nissan says no codes have come up. Now want me to pull off all non genuine wireing. Brake controller wireing to canopy lights...

Been looking at second battery trays. Has anyone used either basha or piranha under body ones. The piranha one is under the passenger seat, while the basha seems to be under the tray. Cheers Wozzah

Egr replaced a week ago, economy back to 9.8

Just heard its a faulty egr. Waiting for parts now.

Serviced today, engine light back on, on way home. Back tomorrow.

On labour weekend towed the van on a 600k round trip using 10.6 l/100 k. Just got back from a 700k trip to the same area 16.7 l/100k. And the engine light came on when we got home. Any ideas what the problem might be? Oh it's a v6 stx. Thanks Wozzah

Went to arb, they have a steel winch bar, and no cracking problems according to him. Took 2 years of r&d before they got it right

The tjm bloke was saying no winch for the alloy bar either, for the same reason, cracking

Just been to a tjm store for a bulbar for 2012 stx v6. Told they don't make a steel bar as the chassis is proned to cracking with the Weight. Has anyone else had this told to them?

Have got our 2012 stx just before Christmas, it was a rush to get the brake controller in so as we could tow the van. Love the truck for towing. Now to start Personalizing it. The canopy is getting done today, so we have made a start. cheers Woz
