Which workshop manual?

Hi all,
Which workshop manual should I get to guide me through changing the timing chain on my 2006 D40 2.5 diesel? I've seen a couple of YouTube videos which are very helpful, but would like the manual for torque settings etc.

Harmonic balancer is tighten to 75NM then undo 360 degrees then tighten back up to 75NM plus 120 Degrees. Have fun! i just done my timing chain upgraded to duplex on a d22, prick of a job much easier in your d40.

Hi there fellow Navara owners. I too am looking for a workshop manual. I have a 2014 D40 Navara Titanium. I have looked online and have purchased a CD off of Ebay but am not satisfied with it. Looking for a proper workshop manual or disk. Any direction would be appreciated.

Yes thanks. The site only has the manual up 2012. Mine is a 2014 Spain build. There were changes in the 2013 / 2014 vintage vehicle.
