Wangaratta Camping?

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a freecamp close by to Wangaratta? I have to head up there satty for the night so am going to drag the camper trailer with me and camp for the night. There are a few sites listed in my Camps 5 but I figured you cant beat local knowledge if someone can recommend a spot.

Hey Mate, I have this App called WikiCamps Australia and it say's there's a campsite at the Mokoan Rest Area or some caravan parks in town. Not sure how true the Mokoan Rest area is for camping but maybe worth a look. Also has one in Milawa and Everton which are around 20mins away.
