transmission fluid leak

Could anybody help me. I returned from a trip to fraser island last night. I have just got in the car and realised there is a leak coming from the transmission. Any idea where or what it could be? Im pretty new to this so go easy. TIA.
I have attached a few pictures if it helps

A little hard to tell. My guess is output shalft seal on the rear of transfer box. Not a big deal to get done

Yea the front drive shaft to transfer seal is a common one. with sand pushing in and chewing the seal. But its an easy fix the seal is around $30.

Cheers mate. Any idea where I could pick one up from. Ive tried nissan and super cheap, they both have to order them in. I need to get the vehicle back on the road for work. Thanks

That's odd as Nissan usually have them as it is common.. Not sure where to get one in Sydney.. maybe try nizbits on this forum he will know..

Nissan have stopped making this part and replaced it with a seal and flange.
