I will be putting my Nav on the market in the near future as we just dont need a big vehicle anymore. My question is do I have to unblock the EGR and restore all the vacuum pipes to standard in order to put it on the market.

If you want a road worthy you may have trouble in saying that not many mechanics would realise not unless they own a diesel. There is also no roadside emissions test for diesels so in detectable unless you physically look at the plate
 
I wouldn't see it being a problem.. would pay to let the new owner in on what has been changed and let them have the option and stock parts to return to stock. Its a good reason you had them changed so couldnt really see too many people wanting to reverse
 
This will not be an issue the clowns would not pick it up, that's an area on that motor that would only be known to a ZD30 owner, I think you will be ok
