Port augusta collision repairs

DONT GO TO THEM!!!!

My dad just got his car back yesterday after waiting for three months and i have to tell you the effort they put into fixing the car is appauling i could of done a better job with my eyes closed

Heres a small list of the defects we found.

The front window is not in and sealed properly.
The paint job is bodgy theres what looks like dirt is under it.
The front passenger door window tint has cuts in it.
The the plastics in the wheel well were not replaced they were super glued back together and have now broken apart agian.
Theres still bits of glass shards inside the car.
The fuel tank is not painted properly it looks like they never put a clear coat over it.
Theres over spray all over the engine.
The bonnet is not on properly and shakes like hell when driving.
Not to mention there was stiil half a bush stuck to the radiator.

Thats just a few things of the many we found. So in my oppinion they have done a piss poor effort on fixing it and i dont recomend them to anyone.

I certainly wont be takeing my nav to them if i ever had to.

Was it repaired through an insurance company? If it was then that's who I'd be dealing with.

Yeah it was through esanda and theres only two colision repairers in port augusta they go through and both of them are dodgy.

Take the issues straight to them, should be fixed properly.

Yeah the old man rang them today but the insurance claims side is closed until monday so hes going to ring them then and get it all sorted out

I wouldn't have taken it.

yeah we now know not to take it to them so it looks like adelaide is the way to go from now on only thing is its a 7 hour drive to there from where we live
