Does the New Castrol Magnatec Diesel 5w-40.(DPF)Full Syn). Meet oil specs for D22 Navara?? Its rather confusing because it complies with specs Meets and exceeds API SN/CF, ACEA C3, Dexos™ .

Have a look at the Castrol lube and nav hand book. I'm fairly sure it does tho. D22's don't need an oil that is DPF safe, as they don't have one. I'm using a penrite HPR 5-40, its really good and its stopped that cold morning rattle of death.

i would not use a DPF oil. use the non-DPF oils.
