Geet reactor

G'day

For the intrepid engineers and inventors amongst u, has anyone heard or researched the geet reactor? I stumbled across it whilst reading about earth magnets etc. I am in no way affiliated and have not the skills nor knowledge to build it but there r plans available. Anyway reason I bring it up is, for those with know how could it work on today's modern common rail diesel like we have in the d40? Or would it trip sensors etc. I can understand if no one answers.

Unfortunately it's surrounded by a lot of hype and mysticism. I'll do some reading about it, but "running on nearly 100% water" is a pretty radical claim.
