Has any had and issue after changing from the original exhaust to a 3" i seem to be losing power as i work throug the gears i cant put my foot down or the car spatteres and doesn't just drive smoothly any ideas will help thanks

Changing the exhaust shouldn't affect the car that badly. I'd be looking elsewhere, like the neutral position switch in the gearbox (unplug it to test it).
May sound silly, but when you changed the exhaust, and object like a rag wasn't left in part of the upgraded exhaust. Also is the turbo spooling up making boost. Are any error codes being thrown?
