Yep, tell me about it... They can come up with any excuse not to honor warranty and the problem is most people can't afford the time or money to fight them on it... A few have had a go of it and come out on top in the end, but it depends if you find it affordable in both time and cost to yourself...

That's not just a nissn thing, so don't let that put you off. Most car manufacturers are the same these days, they don't make money by fixing warranty problems to they try and get away with it... Especially with the global financial situation, nobody wants to lose money if they don't have to...

then I strongly suggest you have your snorkel sealed properly, not by a dealer
and remember to use a wading bra in deep water or you will pull your fan into the radiator, ruining radiator
