ages ago managed to rip wires outve speedo gizmo on side of rhe g/box put new/2nd hand one in the other week and still no good,had it on tester guy said could be actual speedo buggered. milage is visible as is trip they just dont move!

just tried to swap my non intercooled new zealand bonnet for one i got of a uk one with intercooler scoop as got a nasty scrape on one corner of mine,i couldnt get the bugger to close to properly it engages on first click (like when u pull bonnet pull to get hand to the latch to open fully) but...

saw on ebay (co.uk version) advert from billcar eng in uk about d40 one of the timming chains snapping at about 60k? there ofering a duplex chain to replace single nissan one.

new to this forumn just bought another 3.0td need to find the chasis number to get its registration etc its a stolen recovered truck they ground it off under the bonnet and i cant find one in the chasis itself
