I paid about $180 from Peps for the lower control arm bushes. Labour to put them in is about $300-400. But if you don't have camber adjustment chances are you will need these. I'm running the adjustable Bils with Dobinsons light coils

Just beware if you go too high on the front it will knock the alignment out. My car is running a bit of positive camber at the moment with bilsteins and dobinsons. I'm getting offset bushes fitted tomorrow to see if this fixes the issue. I'll post the results. Cheers

And I had the mechanic assemble the fronts, only took him 15mins. Beats screwing around with a spring compressor.

Dunc, to answer your question I had HD OME springs which I was gonna put in but decided against it cause it would have been harsh as f*#k. Went to dobinsons, paid 180 for the springs and it rides beautifully. No harsh rebound or anything. Im happy with the ride and it's smoother than the stock...
