Looks great mate. What are you going to use the extra platform space for, anything in particular? I usually take the rear seat out of my D40 and put the 40 litre Engal in there when I'm travelling by myself, only four bolts and ten mins it's in or out.

Made no changes except removing the LED light bar a couple of days ago. Started the ute again this afternoon and same thing then looked down after a few k's and all is normal. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks guys.

Hi guys, This is similar to another recent post by someone else. When I started the ute this morning, the orange '4WD' stayed on and the little LCD car icon with the two diffs is completely gone. The car is in 2WD and if I select 4WD nothing changes. Any ideas?.

So,... just had the D40 serviced and they found that the EGR pipe was cracked. Ok then, I asked them if it would be okay if I just got it welded. They said yes. To save a little time they came up with a second hand one which had the flange broken off at the turbo end and I got that one fixed...

I've got a TJM steel winch bar and could not be happier with it. I recon the Xrox looks good and would be a solid mounting bar for a winch but as Tiger said, you don't want to hit a decent sized roo or something with them. They just don't offer enough protection and really, isn't that why we buy...

Mate, I bought an new RX dual cab back in March 2012. Had a few glitches with it, but once rectified it's all good. Suspension is now 'Tough Dog'. Installed a DPF delete pipe, Installed EGR plate, Performance chip to come next week. Black steel wheels and BFG's. I use the ute every day for work...
