Gday. From a purely sound Quality perspective. If you have an aftermarket head unit ( Kenwood Pioneer Sony etc ) go with 6x9. If only have factory head unit or no plan to upgrade, use 6inch splits.

I find it catches a lot more out front, behind bulbar, fresh cold air running over it, than when I had it mounted under bonnet. Guess time will tell. Gives a lot longer for vapour to cool. as far as I can tell no more restriction. no "Hard" bends in piping etc... And intercooler stays A lot cleaner

Have My Provent Catch Can Plumbed out to sit behind The bulbar. Custom Bracket I made. Works very well. Had no dramas 20.000Klms Catches Plenty. Intercooler stays clean.

Had same problem...You will either have to pipe it to front cavity inside bulbar, or what I did was hang from intercooler till I get a bracket made to fit to firewall. I can take pics..If you want Nathan

Definitely worth it. "Shouldn't" affect warranty as long as you are not affecting the running "dynamics" of the engine. IE. Fitting a cheap catch can that may cause the PCV to pressurise, would be such an example. There are a few guys on other forums that have fitted and had no warranty...
