Its pretty common for all the nissans to blow a good burst of smoke on take off over here iv got a mate that works across the rd from nissan/toyota/jeep/honda/subaru/hyundi/holden/VW car yards and he tells me all the nissans do it alot more then any other make.
This has just happened to me a couple months back and a few weeks back. photo 1 i rekn your hose is split underneath or at least that is what happened to mine and i bet you are blowing a shit load of black smoke and lacking power when the engine is hot im assuming the split only opens when hot...

Did you check all your fuel lines are connected back up tight it could be sucking a little bit of air in,if thats not the problem there is a good chance it is the SCV.
Mines a 2011 kingcab Thai build and it is 126kw.when i installed the hot pipe i noticed quicker spool up but in saying that my original rubber pipe had a split in it.
I think im just going to have to bite the bullet and put new front coils in they are 3 years old so no warranty left on them and the rear i will will just put some sort of shim in i think.
