I had the same issue, both climate and stereo. Asked Nissan to have a look when I got a service done and they replaced the whole lot and said something about the LCD had failed and it's not uncommon. If you still have warranty take it in.

At $90 odd a pair your better off replcing them twice a year with non genuine, I even believe you can replce the blade in the initial wiper blade from factory, a dealer will sell you a diffrent assembly altogether.
