G'day,
Looking at tuning modules for 3.0 v6 dci,
Anyone looked at have knowledge on the DTUK box?
Price seems too cheap,500 odd aus dollars + postage.
A lot of Audi etc owners seem to use them a lot.
I'm worried they just increase fuel pressure.
Also other owners of the v6 dci engine have done the egr mod with lights coming , presumably because this engine has a egr flow meter, thinking of opening the hole in the blanking plate till sufficient flow for egr meter is happy, any ideas?
Cheers.

DTUK boxes have two options one that ups the fuel pressure (CRD) which is the one you don't want and the other that plugs into the injectors (PDI) which is the one that works well on Nav's.

Most of the guys up in Europe run the PDI's and get good results .
Your right about the V6 having a sensor for EGR flow but I don't think drilling a hole works as I'm sure I've read on here somewhere that people have tried this already without much luck (although it's not a big job to put a blanking plate in so you could always try for yourself)
