Upgraded intercooler

I'm about to fork out the cash to upgrade the Intercooler on my 2013 d40 St to a hpd kit. I have a whole heap of mods and this is the last thing I can do before I need to go bigger turbo, water meth.... My question is has any1 got results or dyno charts for a before and after?? Thanks

Just from a theoretical point. A larger inter-cooler will give greater engine efficiency, there is gains. However there is trade offs, the inlet side will have greater volume, that is more volume the turbo has to fill before the boost arrives, potentially more lag, larger temperature drop across the inter-cooler = larger pressure drop across it.
