Hi heading down south coast from bathurst for a few days next week most likely Moruya/batemansbay area and just wondering if anyone knows what the fishing is like at the moment down there

You fishing from a boat or the shore? Weather has been shit down there the last few weeks. Big swells and high winds. They cancelled the ulladulla game fishing tournament last weekend because of the conditions. You also have to be careful you aren't fishing in the marine reserve.

cheers mate taking the 12foot tinny down was just guna poke around in moruya river or down tuross lakes i have not fished either yet unless someone has any beta suggestions as i haven't booked a room for me and the missus yet.
i just want to keep my travel time down to around 4 or 5 hours from bathurst
