Hi Guys,
I've just got my project d22 zd30 Nav going and started driving it a bit and have noticed that the gearbox is quite noisy in every gear except 4th. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and what the outcome was? I'm thinking its to do with the gears themselves as if it were a bearing or such then it would be noisy in every gear all the time. Its worse under load when shifting down gears but pretty much loud the whole time its under load except 4th. Thanks for you help, any advise will be appreciated.
