Well after nearly nine months of frustration late nights many cans of JD and thrown spanners the Nav's ready for rego. Iv'e rebuilt the engine with full 3" mandrel bent exhaust with EGT gauge pre turbo, egr mod , diesel gas conversion custom air box mod for snorkel. Do have plans for a chip and my intercooler is on its way and will bend up all my own pipe work. I Built the tray and canopy , boxes and dual battery system is in front box , I fabricated my own body lift spacers and spring shackles for the suspension lift and has air bags as well. interior has carpet + new stereo and so on its easier to say EVERYTHING has had attention except the transfer case which seems OK. Will post pics of my camper Aluminium camper trailer which I managed to build in between cans. Thanks to the blokes who have given advice when I've asked as I am NO mechanic , this is truly a great forum , cheers Ken.
