help needed plz

hi all my passenger side window gose down about a quarter of he way then stops. it wont even go back up. if I use the drivers side control it dose work fine. its just the control on that side. can anyone help

sounds like the passanger side switch is playing up. remove it and see if the plugs are on firm and not corroded.

^ As above. The switch sends a signal to the BCM which controls the window, so if the driver's switch is controlling it properly, it must be the passenger switch.

thanks for that. I checked the switch and it had dust and grime build up. I cleaned it and now works like new. thanks again.
