hard lid vibration/rattle noise

hi all

after fitting my one piece (no sports bars) hard lid, it gets a flapping/vibration noise on the highway. the plastic is cracked around the LH hinge and i initially thought that was the problem, however it seems the rubber flap at the front has been flapping and hitting the cab - evidence is there that it's been hitting the cab and looks like if left unattended, it'll start rubbing paint off.

my question is, has anyone had this problem and what was done to fix it?

My cover is a one piece but custom made so not a direct comparison. However had vibration so I stuck a line of draft excluder foam tape along the edge facing the cab and this seems to have cured it. Hope it helps

thanks YBOD, i think it's just the rubber flap on the front. i held both ends down with some electrical tape on the weekend and did 700km to Grafton and back with only a slight noise every now and then, much better than a loud noise all the time
