Foam cell vs Adjustable Shocks

ive got currently a tough dog 2 inch lift, with foam cell shocks all around, the rear end even though the bushes are always greased skips around a bit over tarmac roads, if I swapped the foam cells to adjustable tough dog would there be a difference to the way it handles ?, or would I be better off to go with bilstiens ?

I have adjustables and when set right there is no skipping at all. I have light Springs in the back

I have the 0-300kg tough dog springs, so its definitely no the springs so i think it may be the shocks

I have the 300's and adjustable. the difference from 1 to 9 is very noticeable. I turn them up when towing and down when not. I don't get any skipping but I do have lots of weight in the back... apparently the foam cells are set to half way (5) check with tough dog. turning them down softens the ride but makes it a little floaty.. also check tyre pressure may help...
