Hey guys im looking at making a heap of egr blanking plates to eliminate the egr pipe that runs behind the d22 zd30 engine im making them out of 5mm steel i was originally looking to see if i could buy them but no one sells them so im going to start making them up and selling them if anyone is interested in getting a set let me know if i get enuf ppl that are interested i will look into mass production if its worth it the pictures are only a mock up i will be getting a heap of them machined

Hey mate are u in perth?il get two when ya up and running i only have 1 blocked so il do other 2 and take out completely
 
At the moment im just making them by hand the end product was rly good but they seal better with the standard nissan gaskets as aposed to high temp silicone i can make them by hand and send them to use guys if u like i need to work out a good price i was thinking $25 each plus shipping as it does take me about 2 hours to make im in perth aswell
 
Sorry guys i did get the pm ive got to make them up for you 25 each but on the egr side you will need to put a 8mm spacer to fill the gap ill post a photo ill get around to making them on the weekend ill make a few up for who ever wants to buy a set
 
Ive only blocked this one so i believe there 2 more

I ended up using a couple of washers and it work but u can use a spacer

Im in golden bay Rockingham u cant use a shorter bolt as the little bolt underneath it has a welded spacer so u have to use some sort of spacer but the washers work lol
