D22 - Power upgrade kit!!!

Hey guys I dropped into a guy here in brisbane mike vine turbos and got talking to him about some work to be done on my d22 navara 3.0l turbo diesel.As my turbo is pretty much dead he ran me through some options.One replace the standard turbo with rebuilt components for $1950 fitted or Option two a completly new Garrett turbo, new lines and plumbing giving it max torque at 1500rpm for $4000 He gave me some dyno sheets before and after, he assured me the car used had no other aftermarkets extras.... Let me know what you guys think or have done this project previously.... sorry about the quality and being upside down and all not real good with computers.

Mike Vine used to be one of the original Ford XE and XF Turbo gurus and later got into 4wd Turbo work, Mostly turbo'ing N/A Diesels.

As far as i know, his reputation is still good.
