Body mounts I think

Ok gang I think it's the body mounts but not 100% sure hear.. When I turn left out of my dirt road onto the main road the ute twists a bit because it's down hill and a left turn.. I hear like a squeaking rubber rubbing sound.. Like rubber rubbing with metal.. Hard to describe but it annoys the hell out of me.. Also when driving along and I hit bumps or dips sometimes it does it still.. Any way I'm after some info on mounts weather you now can buy after market or have to go to the stealership for Nissan mounts.. Also I've read that gq-gu mounts are the same? If it's too expensive to replace all 8 on the cab I was thinking of just doing a 1 inch body lift and see if that stops it and also the tub as well for the lift..
