Blue smoke on start-up for my Navara

Hi All, i have had my Navara 2012 engine rebuilt but the car is still chucking blue smoke on start-up for 30secounds on the morning.
The injector's have been changes, oil &filter, turbo, new pistons etc.
The rest of the drive is fine, power is all there. No fault codes when plugged in.

Any possible reasons would be really helpful.

Was the intercooler ever cleaned? The insides can safely be washed with petrol, just let it sit for an hour draining once you're done.
