Hi guys,

here are the photos of the bullbar extended, took us about 12 hours straight and 3 blokes, very very big day for us.

tomorow we will grind all the welds up clean and paint the extensions black.

I will get the bullbar painted silver in the next few weeks.

I have a question for everyone.. I have put a 2" suspension lift on this car and I put my camber gauge on the wheels DS was 1.2+ which is bad and passenger side was .2+ which is ok im my books.

But what I want to know is on the bottem of the A arm on the furtherest bolt to the rear of the car you can adjust it. Is this???
A: Caster?
B: Camber?
C:Caster and Camber?

I did see the Camber gauge move from 1.2+ to .9+ but it looks like it is pushing the caster forward aswell.

What do people use to combat this problem with suspension lifts on Navara D40's?
I have herd Pedders make offset bushes for the bottem A arm but how do u stop them from spinning?

You must have one of the best set up sheds at home budy.

We have a fair bit of crap you could say that, aways got something on the go, If its not my drag GTR its my mates Supra or my brothers Drift/Time Attack 180SX

And now we are about to start Project FJ, my bro is putting 35's or 33's on a brand new FJ and doing a full offroad makeover.

Looks sooo sweet, how much does the front hit when turning?

Whats next to be done?

It didnt hit at all on the Stand Jacks up in the air, But if I turn to full lock It just clips the bullbar under wing plates, As we cut the edges of the bar back about 1" but we did not cut the standard ARB under wing protection back.

Will trim them up next week.

I have gone from 10.2L per 100KM to about 16L per 100KM with the bigger wheels as it does only 1500RPM at 100KMPH so If I sit in 6th gear it drops back to about 12.5L per 100KM

7th gear just labours way too much

yea im not sure how 33" would look, but Im gona get lower diff ratios, if thats no good ill go to 33""

to do ratio you have to get titan diff outta states, goodluck with that. if i was you ide start looking at clubfrontier, this site is mostly limited to whats legal on a daily.

Superpro camber bushs

I have used superpro offset bushs (EBay),they will give you the camber you need, the crush tube is serrated so when the A arm bolts are tightened the tube is locked and the poly bush simply rotates around the crush tube. I cut/ drilled the factory bushs out then had the superpro bushs pressed in parrallel with the A arm to push the A arm out to increase camber. The ones I purchased also have offset crush tubes to further increase adjustability.
You can then fine tune with the factory camber/caster eccentric bolt.
To further add to the adjustability and gain extra suspension droop/ travel I have installed Caloffroad/spc upper control arms which also adjust camber /caster and clear the coil bucket on down travel.Hope this helps.
