ARB bumper cutout template HELP!

Ok guys, after calling everyone possible in SA, nobody can help me get a template for my spain ST.
Does anybody here have one they could take some measurements from, or at least measure whats cut out on their bumper.
Im fitting it tomorrow and it looks like im going to have to wing it

Ok i managed to get one in pdf format.
If anybody wants it shoot me a PM and I'll email it.
Oh and secondly, the template want exactly accurate for my 2012.
I ended up trial fitting and cutting accordingly. The template was a nice reference though.
