Hello, I have a D40 navara with a Safari snorkel and seem to get water in my air box when going through deep puddles when 4wding, but have checked all the connections and they are all water tight. So I'm wondering if it would be worth getting a different airbox.
Further reasoning for this is to make more room in the engine bay, and get rid of the box that's currently in there, so I can relocate my dual battery system from the tray to under the hood so I can run my winch and amps off the secondary. (I have an optima AGM battery so it can be mounted on its side etc)
I have heard of the K&N Apollo air boxes but not too sure on them mainly because I would go for the replica one off ebay as price is a factor.
