    have a look at some of the pics in my build. I had the lowers triangulated aswell but its possible to fit everything inside the chassis rails without modding the rails.     remove front sway bar, soft leaves in the rear - longer ones if your really keen and longer shocks. not the pic I was looking for as the shocks are still in and are too short but that's with factory leaves, 2" shackles. no mods to front

    yeah same again as the coilover, you can have a heim joint on one end of your link but the other needs to have rubber.(this could change from engineer to engineer but is what I was told by the two that looked at mine..) ever watched any trophy trucks or king of the hammers footage? everyone...

    Coil overs are engineer able but most engineers will want at least one of the mounting eyes to be rubber. Shame it's going to end up so high. Seeing as you are reworking the radius arm brackets I would do my best to rejig and get it lower if possible.

    Its borderline... but lower links are important, once they are kinked ive had mates rip the diff out half way up a climb. weld a bit of angle to it and it should be right. My links were all 2" solid alloy. edit: for the weight youll be at, the 2" will prob do on its own.

    I would be bracing/sleeving your links if that's what the 2" Dom is for. Uppers probably be ok but lowers won't last.

    I took my 76 cruiser, and my mates were in a gu patrol and 2012 hilux The patrol and I were twin locked, beadlocks, 3-4" lift, 35's etc. hilux was on 33's unlocked, 3" lift. he got through 95% of what we did without a drama. all had winches, myself and the lux winched once on the frenchmans...

    ah will be customs from RCV in the states. Lifetime warranty and the best cvs you can buy. If I could rewind 6 years I probably would have forked out for a set of ones that fit a navara before doing the sas. Yeah it was great, did the tele track up and back, and frenchmans unfortunately...
