Was wondering what's the highest mileage on a D40 you've seen without having problems with major parts (fuel pump, flywheel, turbocharger, etc).

Has anyone tried removing the stuff in the cat, retaining the stock downpipe and putting the cat back in with a 3" catback exhaust? What kind of EGTs do you get on those. The noise and vibration from the 3" downpipe is getting to be bothersome. Maybe I'm getting old lol.

I have a 3" mandrel bent exhaust on and it's got great power at mid to high RPMs but i noticed some loss of power at the lower RPMs. Have any of you guys with 3" systems noticed this? If I change the downpipe to 2.5" and leave the rest of the 3" on might the low range improve? I was thinking...

Hey guys, does anyone know at what RPM boost starts for the (mid) yd25? I seem to have lost a bit of torque at low RPMs after installing a straight thru mandrel bent 3" exhaust. Would torque really be lower with the 3 incher than with the stock exhaust off boost?
