Cheers Mitch I will definitely try the belts, fingers crossed that works i just wonder why this wasn't picked up by the 2 nissan Dealers when it went into them to fix this, unless they were just trying to get rid of me Do you have a video of how Navara sounded before and after?

When its cold its not too noticeable compared to when it is warm/hot I am not sure what oil it is running, just bought the car 1 month ago 2 Nissan dealers are saying its a normal noise...:-/ It is going in for the 40,000k service tomorrow. I went to a car yard and listened to a new one...

Thanks Mitch. yeah it does not sound normal to me, what belts did you replace? OneMofo.....it is definitely not the turbo making this sound.
