Hello all, I just purchased an ol'03 zd30 navara and was told there are certain issues with them that I must take care of to avoid some major problems.
I have done the "grenade" pack - catch can, blocking egr plate and vacuum plumbing, 3'' exhaust, pyro/vacuum/oil pressure gauges.

I now want to fit an intercooler (any suggestions- was thinking water to air).
I have purchased a harrop elocker and now want to fit it - any diff specialists out there that can help or can anyone recommend one ?

The Navara ZD30s didn't grenade anywhere near as frequently as the Patrols.

Intercooler is a great idea, even if it's just as an insurance measure. You can go the cheap XR6Turbo option or get a large one that might give you another couple of kW (but not a whole lot more than that).

hello Tony, thanks ! hmm I didn't want to put one up front- i'm thinking top mount or water to air ! there are only 2 posts regarding the harrop e locker- I thought they would be widely used but not to be !
