Looking to buy how many km

Hi. I am looking to buy a 2009 nav d40 it has about 250,000km on it just wondering if it’s a good idea or not and him many km do they roughly go to?

Mine's done a bit over 380,000. At 361,000km my head developed a crack - we don't know why - but the repair wasn't that expensive, because I'd shut the thing down as soon as it was noticed and I'd regularly serviced it.
