Hey all.
I have a 2018 D23 RX manual single cab chassis and am wanting to keep the factory head unit.
I have built a 10' DD SL610 sub box that fits behind the passenger seat and am wanting to install the Pioneer GM-D8701 amp under the passenger seat.
The amplifier comes with a speaker level input cable that wires in like a line out converter.
The problem i am having is finding a good place to tap into the speaker cables.
The 20 pin adaptor cable that goes into the factory unit seems unusually short and near on impossible to tap into.
The cables also change colour multiple times until they make it to the speaker so they are difficult to trace.
Does anyone have any experience with good places to tap into on a single cab?
Also, could there be rear speaker cables that are redundant floating around in the back from a factory loom?

Any help would be appreciated, the search function didn't seem to help much, most of the topics are for dual cabs.
